Christine Wushke is a certified Yoga teacher, Reiki master, and reconnective healer, as well as a registered massage practitioner. She has been in the field of holistic health and wellness for over 12 years, giving a flavour of insight from personal experience to all of her classes and workshops. As a trained instructor in both yoga and meditation, Christine’s classes are known to be relaxing, informative and fun. Classes and workshops are offered on a regular basis to assist you on your journey to light. Christine teaches extensively on the physiological health benefits to yoga, meditation and Reiki, but truly these benefits need to be experienced first hand to really be understood.
